Today in the ICE (Information, communication and entertainment) age, Skidos.com is a pioneering endeavor in India to use the internet as means of making learning fun.  Our unique tools for  imparting learning to children include; fun educational games, animation and graphics, phonics and sounds which capture their imagination and increase their motivation for self learning.

At Skidos we focus on the wholesome development of skills which your child will need over the course of his life namely creativity, imagination, teamwork, reflection and critical thinking. These are imbibed through a range of engaging learning activities in arts and crafts, cooking, gardening, reading and other learning experiments.

Skidos has three main sections:

• Skidos Classroom: Has fun and educational learning games covering subjects like Math, English, science, social studies and general knowledge.
• Skidos Café: Allows kids to interact with their classmates and share content in a safe and secure environment.  Here we also list numerous learning activities which you and your child can do together.
• Skidos Playground: Application where kids can utilize the points earned through the learning modules to create a virtual house of their own.

Test Your Maths And Concentration

This game tests the mental stability and sharpness as well the maths and concentration of the player. It contain three frames on which the player has to concentrate equally.

One of the frame displays the question, which you have to answer in given time.

Another frame contains falling eggs to be gathered.

The third and the last frame contains birds that you have to shoot.

All this task has to be done simultaneously. This game will test and improve your concentration and reflexes. All the best and score as much as you can.

Improve your general knowledge while playing games

At skidos there are games which helps you increase your general knowledge in a fun way. Here we are presenting some games brief which can help you increase your general knowledge.

1. DISCOVER INDIA
Revise your geography. Correctly place all the States and Union Territories correctly on the India Map. Drag and drop the pieces appearing on the left on the map appearing on your right. You have three chances.

2. CRICKET
This is a cricket game where you need to score the maximum runs in the given overs and then bowl well to disallow your opposition to score more runs.


Use A to move batsman left, D to move right, W to move front and S to move back. Look at the question  on the screen and point the arrow on the pitch towards the right answer. Press space when the arrow is fully colored to get maximum power. Press space again to hit the ball when it is close to the batsmen. You will score more runs if you get the right answer.

Look at the question on the screen and choose the right answer from one of the four deliveries. Then move the point of delivery to where you want to pitch the bowl. Stop the speedo meter by pressing space and delivering the bowl. The closer you stop it to the highlighted region the better your chances of getting a wicket.

3. LEMONADE STAND
This game tests your ability to start a business and make profit. You need to setup your lemonade stall. You will be given Rs. 2000 to buy ingredients, like lemon, sugar, glasses, water to make your lemonade.

Customers will come to your stall based on the weather conditions. The hotter the conditions the more customers will come and vice versa. Check out the weather conditions and decide how many units of glasses, sugar, lemon and water do you want to buy.
Then decide your recipe based on the hint given on your screen. Based on your cost per glass decide the price at which you want to sell each glass.Remember, if your price is too high less people will buy your drink. You can press the fast forward button to see how well you did.You need to make a minimum profit of Rs.1000 in 3days, 2000 in 6 days and 4000 in 9 days to win medals.

Revise your maths calculations. A sharp mind and calm head will be needed to win this game. Answer the maths question appearing on the top left corner of your screen by shooting one of the choices carried by the alien. Use the arrow keys (up, down, left and right) to aim and space bar to fire yor lasers. enjoy
